Autumn - Plant trees

Trees are best planted in autumn. In our city, roads and sidewalks are watered, but there seems to be no water for trees in the city. 

As a result, every year hurricanes break them in the summer.

And in winter, uncut tree branches break when icing. 

Does the city plant new trees?
